SPACE

Edited a pre-shot video of Antarctic Peninsula (Feb 2005) and requested a friend for what he felt watching the edited version. He scripted a version of Mountains of Mourne which we incorporated as a monologue and retained the diegetic sound scape from the original recorded footage.
SPACE is a visual environment created for the viewer to express their inner feelings, the film is presented in the viewers point of view who is on a zodiac exploring the scenery and rawness of the Antarctic peninsula. It’s like sitting and meditating in a sanctum that inner feelings are raising to express. I invite each viewer to feel and express their inner thoughts, as my friend did by expressing in words (presented as a monologue in this version).
